Bryant rooftop unit replacement completed in Oxford, Michigan. The new equipment was set on a curb adapter, with the duct transitions and service connections completed for a clean, serviceable installation.
Exposed spiral ductwork installed for a commercial buildout in Livonia, Michigan. The layout was coordinated with the open ceiling and kept straight, supported and accessible.
Commercial kitchen hood system installed for a microbrewery in Shelby Township, Michigan. The hood was fitted to the kitchen layout and coordinated with the surrounding equipment.
Sidewall packaged rooftop unit installed in Midland, Michigan, with custom exterior ductwork. The transitions were fabricated to fit the building and protect the system outdoors.
Retrofit HVAC installation completed in Warren, Michigan, replacing a 60-year-old air handler with new equipment fitted to the existing building and ductwork.
Ceiling-mounted radiant tube heater installed in a residential garage in New Baltimore, Michigan, providing direct heat without taking up floor or wall space.
Commercial hot-water tank replacement completed at an apartment complex in Almont, Michigan. The new unit was connected to the existing gas, water and venting systems and arranged for future service access.
Kitchen make-up air unit installed at a home in Howell, Michigan, to bring fresh outdoor air indoors and replace air removed by the kitchen exhaust. Its 10 kW electric heat section tempers the incoming air during colder weather.
Whole-home standby generator installed in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and coordinated with the existing air-conditioning equipment to keep the outdoor mechanical area organized.
